Summary
The babies plus Susie arrive at the McNulty house one rainy day to celebrate the birthday of one of the brothers. However, Timmy excludes Lil, Susie, and Angelica from playing with everybody else, because the girls have "cooties". Susie comes up with a plan for revenge against Timmy, while Tommy and Phil try to come up with a way to "cure" the girls.
